Superb views. Close to Salerno, Vietri and port where boats run frequently to all Villages at Amalfi coast. Very kind personel.

A bit outdated and needs some refreshing. For us the room upgrades offered by hotel compensated all the negative sides.

Wonderful

Beautiful views from our balcony, the pool and terrace. The rooms and beds were so comfortable, and the staff on reception were extremely friendly and helpful! The perfect place for a quiet rest on our Italy trip.

It may be because it was out of peak season, but some facilities were closed - e.g. pizza restaurant, swimming pool bar.

Views were amazing! Staff were fab, room was clean and balcony overlooking the sea was a great bonus.

Lack of options at breakfast for allergies. Despite them being informed and assuring us there were plenty of options there sadly weren’t. Also, the toaster was broken so the one thing I could have didn’t pan out

Beautiful overnight stay with sweeping views of the bay

We were travelling through this area and decided on staying for a night at Hotel Riato as a convenient location and a lovely hotel to break up our trip. We were not disappointed at all - with beautiful views from our room with a small balcony, a fabulous pool area with sweeping views of the bay (including bar service), and really professional and friendly staff and service during our whole stay. The parking was also a bonus along with the fitness centre (small and limited equipment but enough for a short stay).

Really enjoyed the pancakes for breakfast and thought the room was great with a wonderful sea view! Also thought the shuttle taxi service was really good and the staff were very accommodating.

The hotel is very cozy.

The hotel room was quite spacious and bright. We wanted a room with a sea view, they changed our room at an additional cost and we are grateful for that. The hotel area is well-groomed, green and clean. The hotel is located on a mountain with beautiful views of the sea.

The beach from the hotel is quite far away, it’s definitely not 300 m as it is written on the website. From the hotel, 5 times a day at a clearly defined time, a car takes you to the center of the village, and then for about 400-500m you need to walk on a downward slope of about 45-50 degrees and then climb the same way. This was not written anywhere about the information about the hotel. The hotel blocks the amount on the card in the amount of 300 EUROS and the refund is made two weeks after you left the hotel (how we explain this depends on the bank)

Lovely small city, at the end if Amalfi’ coast. Change of towels before night. Attentive staff.

Breakfast, well included but not so great, taken in account available Italian foodstuff specifically buratta cheese and mushrooms.

The property is gorgeous and the amenities are excellent.

There were a couple maintenance issues with my room — the key card for the door repeatedly malfunctioned and the shower didn’t seal properly, meaning water always got on the floors.

Great place in a wonderful location

The staff and facilities were excellent! The restaurant was also very good.

We had an ant issue in our room and, while management tried to resolve it, they couldn’t get the anta to leave. It was an annoyance more then anything but, I would have expected more from a hotel of this type.
